Welcome to Confessed Foodie – we’re glad you stopped by. If you’re wondering what this blog is about and why you should spend any more time on this site this is the scoop. This blog was created to share the love of good food and healthy life with others in hopes to inspire and encourage. Most of the content on this site will fall under these basic categories,

Worth your time? Definitely.

There are a few points to note that might help you figure things out in those moments where you question our credibility. First of all, there’s no formal training going into this content. Everything has been learned by reading, watching, and doing. Most home chefs should be able to follow along. Second, the word “diet” simply means the food and the quantity of said food that one eats… unless stated otherwise.
